KITCHEN REMODEL, MILLWORK DESIGN, SPACE PLANNING, 3-D MODELLING

This cozy Laurel Canyon home was in need of a modern update. The original floor plan featured a kitchen secluded behind a cased opening against the back wall. By removing the partial walls, we created an open layout, fully integrating the kitchen with the primary living area. The island doubles as the main dining table, keeping a modest footprint. Wood cabinetry and panels on the ceiling create a cohesive space while adding texture and warmth.

 

Dark lime-washed walls and wood paneling over the fireplace ground the opposite side of the room with quiet drama. A curated gallery wall takes center stage, serving as the primary focal point when entering through the main door. The project started at the end of 2023 and is about to begin construction.
